Naazneen has completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Social Care Currently working at New Hope Global as a Community Development Officer. Naazneen background and knowledge has aspired her to pursue her career in supporting individuals and families. She has qualification and experience in working with children within schools and playgroups. Her wide range of experience has allowed her to understand the needs of the community, understand the ethnic communities / social
demographics within the Birmingham area. She has good knowledge of the barriers and challenges women experience. She has successfully managed her own business and feels that that she is able to use her people’s and management skills to thrive better at her role as Community Development Officer at New Hope Global.
